Teis Boderskov presented the results from this year’s harvest in the SMARTTANG project at the annual Seagriculture Conference in Rotterdam.
The findings are highly relevant both in Denmark and internationally, as many regions are exploring sustainable ways to scale up and mechanize the cultivation of sugar kelp.
